  • 1 ½ Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb. broccoli, trimmed into small spears

  1. In a skillet, heat the oil. Cook the onion and garlic over medium heat for 4 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except broccoli and cook for 1 minute longer. Remove from heat.
