Dijon Pork Chops

  • 1 lb. pork chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar

  1. Preheat broiler or grill.
  2. Pat pork chops dry with clean paper towels. Season with salt.
  3. Combine mustard, garlic, Italian seasoning and vinegar. Brush mustard mixture on both sides of chops.
  4. Broil or grill chops, 4–5 inches from heat, for 8–10 minutes, turning once.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 3 minutes. Serve with a baked potato and broccoli.
