  • 1½ lb. whole chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste

  1. Cut off wing tips at joints and discard. Cut wings into two pieces at joint, creating flat pieces and drummettes.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add wings. Coat with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill. Remove wings from marinade. Discard marinade.
  4. Grill wings over medium heat for 16 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
