  • 1 can (13 3/4 oz) artichokes in water, drained
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 oz lite cream cheese (Neufchatel)

  1. Chop artichokes.
  2. In a small bowl combine artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Mix well.
  3. Spoon mixture into crock or small baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 min (until golden on top).
  4. Serve with French bread or crackers.
