- 5-6 whole cloves
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- Peel from one orange
- Heat all ingredients in a medium saucepan until hot (but not boiling).
- Strain to remove cloves, cinnamon sticks and orange peel.
- Garnish with a fresh orange slice.
