  • 2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon lime zest
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro

  1. Combine beans in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the oil, honey, lime juice, garlic and lime zest and pour over the bean mixture.
