Baking instructions: You will need: 1 cup milk*. *For Pareve muffins, substitute water for milk. 2 large eggs. Medium size muffin pan. Mixing bowl. Prep: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease muffin cups. Mix: Blend eggs and milk/water in mixing bowl. Empty contents of pouch into mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Allow batter to stand for 10 minutes and mix again. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake: Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove muffins from pan while still hot for easy release of muffins. For larger muffins, use a larger muffin pan. Fill cups until full and bake at 400 degrees F for 32-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cholesterol free variation: Use 4 egg whites and 1 cup water. Makes: About 12 servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Bake time: 20-22 minutes.
