Baking Instructions: You will need: 2 large Eggs, separated. About 1/2 cup water. Mixing bowl & mixer. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease enclosed baking pan. Separate 2 large eggs and allow to come to room temperature. Mix: Empty large bag of mix into mixing bowl. Add 2 egg yolks and 1/2 cup of water. Mix at medium speed for 6 to 7 minutes until batter thickens. Beat egg whites in separate bowl until soft firm peaks appear. Fold egg whites gently into batter until uniform. Spread batter evenly into greased pan and sprinkle with packet of crumb topping. Bake: Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 15 minutes. Cut, serve, and enjoy. Makes: About 6 servings. Preparation time: 10-15 minutes. Bake time: 35-40 minutes.
