Baking instructions: You will need: 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup water. Mixing bowl. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease enclosed baking pan. Break eggs into measuring cup, add water to the eggs to measure a total of 3/4 cup. Mix: Empty large bag of mix into mixing bowl. Add eggs and water. Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes or 600 strokes by hand. Spread batter evenly in greased pan. Bake: Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely on rack. Makes: About 6 servings. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Bake time: 60 minutes.
