Now let’s make some pancakes. All you need is water! Mix: 4 inch Pancakes: 6-7; Mix: 3/4 cup; Water: 2/3 cup. 4 inch Pancakes: 12-14; Mix: 1-1/2 cups; Water: 1-1/3 cups. Make: Mix. Batter will be thin at first. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken. Cook over medium heat on a lightly greased skillet, flip once, and serve when golden brown. Prefer Waffles? To make seven-to-nine 4 inch waffles, blend: 1 cup mix, 3/4 cup water, and 1-1/3 tbsp oil (we suggest coconut oil). Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
