Instructions: Quick Thaw Guide: Place container in a deep bowl under hot running water for approximate 10 minutes or defrost in microwave for 2-3 minutes or defrost in refrigerator overnight. Refreeze unused batter. Blintzes / Crepes: Heat and lightly grease a frying pan. Shake Crepe Batter well. Pour 2 Tbsp of batter slowly into center of pan. Tilt pan until batter is smooth and thin, and fry until set. Flip and fry until both sides are golden. Re-grease pan between crepes as needed. Noodles: Make Crepes according to instructions. Stack desired amount of crepes and roll tightly. Slice roll to desired thickness and unroll. Keep frozen.
