Pancakes (4 Inches): How Many: 6; 3/4 cups mix; 1 egg; 1-1/2 tbsp water or milk; 1 tbsp oil; How Many: 12; 1-1/2 cups mix; 2 eggs; 3 tbsp water or milk; 2 tbsp oil; How Many: 20; full box mix; 4 eggs; 1/3 cup water or milk; 3 tbsp oil. Whisk eggs, milk, oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 tbsp. batter for each pancake. Cook until edges are dry, turn and brown other side. Waffles (4 Inches): How Many: 4; 1/2 cups mix; 1 egg; 2 tbsp water or milk; 2 tsp oil; How Many: 12; 1-1/2 cups mix; 3 eggs; 5 tbsp water or milk; 2 tbsp oil; How Many: 20; full box mix; 5 eggs; 2/3 cup water or milk; 3 tbsp oil. Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting. Whisk eggs, milk, oil in a large bowl. Add mix and whisk until well blended. Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron. Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve. Mix it up!
