What you need: 2 tsp soy sauce. 1 tsp sugar. 3 - 4 tbsp oil. 4 cups stir fry frozen vegetables. 1/3 cup diced cooked chicken, shrimp, beef or pork, optional. 2 cups cooked noodles (rice noodles, linguine or spaghetti.) Note: can replace frozen vegetables with fresh chopped vegetables of choice. Preparations: 1. Blend seasoning, soy sauce and sugar; set aside. 2. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil. Add vegetables and stir fry over medium high heat. 3. Stir in drained noodles, seasoning mixture and meat, if adding. Mix together until combined and heated through. Makes about 5 servings, as prepared. Hint: during step #2 add a dash of sesame oil for more authentic flavor.
