Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 25 minutes. Makes 5 servings. You Will need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix; 4 cups cubed potatoes (abpit 1-1/2 lbs or 4 medium potatoes); 2 tbsp oil. 1. Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. 2. Sprinkle with Seasoning Mix. Toss again to coat well. Arrange in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-ich baking pan. 3. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven 25 minutes or until tender. Kitchen Tips: Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Apples: Use 4 cups cubed sweet potatoes and 1 cup cubed apple in place of potatoes. Add 1 tbsp. brown sugar with Seasoning Mix; toss to coat. Bake as directed. Makes 6 servings. Roasted Onion & Garlic Vegetables: Use 5 cups assorted cut-up vegetables (1-inch chunks), such as carrots, red onions, butternut squash and potatoes in place of 4 cups potatoes. Prepare as directed.
