Bake 30 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and sweet potatoes are tender. Slice pork and serve with sweet potatoes and onions. Kitchen Tips: Substitute red potatoes, white potatoes or butternut squash for the sweet potatoes. Try using a medium apple, cut into thin wedges in place of onion. Prefer chicken? Try substituting boneless chicken thighs or boneless chicken breasts for the pork tenderloin. Bake until chicken is cooked through.
