Easy for a quick dinner! Simple to use! Chef Jeff suggests - for baking: Mix gluten free panko flakes together with a small amount of vegetable oil. Sprinkle on top of your casserole. Coat fish fillets or chicken cutlets with a little bit of oil. Press one side into Chef Jeff's gluten free panko and bake at 350 degrees F with the crust side up, until cooked through. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
