Standard Prep! Heat oven 350 degree F. Moisten 2-1/2 lb. bone-in chicken pieces (about 6 pieces), 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 to 8 breasts), or 6 to 8 (11/2-inch-thick) bone-in or boneless pork drops with water. (1) Shake chicken or chops, 1 piece at a time, with 1 pkt. coating mix in shaker bag. Discard bag and any remaining coating mix. (2) Bake on ungreased or foil-rimmed baking sheet until done (minimum internal temperature of 165 degree F for chicken, or 145 degree F for pork chops, when tested with meat thermometer).
