Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 1 hour. Makes 10 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix. 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread). 1/2 cup French's Tomato Ketchup (optional). Directions: 1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended. 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in a foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. top with ketchup, if desired. 3. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
