Spicy Chili Pepper Recipe: Makes 6 servings/ready in 20 minutes. 1 lb. ground beef or turkey; 1 cup water; 1 can (15 oz.) red beans; 4 oz. vermicelli noodles; 1 package Little's Cuisine Seasoning Mix. 1. In a saucepan, brown the meat and add water, cook together on medium-high heat. 2. Drain & rinse beans. Cook noodles as directed. 3. Lower heat and add seasoning mix. Simmer for 15 min. uncovered and stir occasionally. 4. Before serving, add beans. Serve over cooked noodles. 5. Garnish with cheddar cheese, onions and jalapenos.
