You will need: 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 lb or 3-4 cups fresh cut vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snowpeas, onions). 1. In a medium sized skillet or wok, heat 2 Tbsp oil over medium heat. 2. Add cut vegetables. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Add 2 Tbsp of water and cover for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. 4. Combine contents of seasoning packet with 2 Tbsp water. 5. Pour over vegetables. Stir to evenly coat. Bring to a boil, stirring occassionally until desired consistency is reached. Chef suggests. Substitute 1 lb frozen stir fry vegetables for fresh vegetables - omit water in step 3 if using frozen vegetables. Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
