What You Need: 1/2 c oil, or melted butter + 1/2 c milk or water + 2 eggs. Baking Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tin or lightly grease. Set aside. Beat eggs, oil, and water until combined. Add mix. Stir until combined**. Pour into muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-21 min or until golden brown. ** Do not consume raw.
