Directions: Dip fish, chicken or vegetables into slightly beaten egg or milk, then in 4C Gluten Free Seasoned Crumbs. Repeat if thicker coating is desired. Fry until golden brown, allowing a few minutes for each side. For Chicken: Dip the chicken into slightly beaten eggs and then coat with a mixture of 4C Gluten Free Seasoned Crumbs and 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese. Heat oil. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, on each side. Place on paper towel lined tray. For Salad: Combine tomatoes, mozzarella and basil and lightly dress with oil. Season with salt & pepper. Put salad on plate and place chicken on top. Enjoy!
