Directions: Deep Frying or Pan Frying: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F – or - 1/4 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten chicken with water or milk. Shake off excess moisture. 3. Coat chicken with Seasoned Frying Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Seasoned Frying Mix on a plate. 4. Deep fry chicken 15-20 minutes; pan fry 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Moisten chicken with water or milk. Shake off excess moisture. 3. Coat chicken with Seasoned Frying Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Seasoned Frying Mix on a plate. 4. Spray chicken lightly with oil. 5. Bake chicken 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Yield: 2 pounds of breading mix coats approximately 80 pieces of chicken.
