Directions: Deep Frying - Pan Frying: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F - or - 1/4 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with seasoned frying mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in seasoned frying mix on a plate. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Moisten food with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with seasoned frying mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in seasoned frying mix on a plate. 4. Drizzle with oil and bake at 425 degrees for 45-50 minutes for chicken and 30-35 minutes for pork chops. Chicken: Deep fry 15-20 minutes; Pan fry 20-25 minutes. Seafood: Deep fry 2-3 minutes; pan fry 4-6 minutes per side. Pork Chops: Pan fry 5-8 minutes per side or until golden brown. Yield: 2 pounds breader coats approximately 16 pounds of seafood/70-80 pieces of pork or chicken.
