All it takes is McCormick Flavor: Garlic Asian: Just add 1/2 cup water & 1/4 cup soy sauce. Sweet & Savory: Just add 2/3 cup cola. 2 tbsp. brown sugar & 2 tbsp. oil. Steakhouse: Just add 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce & 1/4 cup water. 1. Whisk Marinade Mix and marinade ingredients in bowl. Reserve 3 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat in resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. To marinate 2 pounds beef. Grilling Tip: Don't have time to marinate? Place meat and marinade mixture in bag. Massage 5 minutes, turning bag over often so meat absorbs most of the marinade.
