Ingredients: 2 lbs flank or skirt steak. 2 tbsp Ziyad brand Beef Shawarma Spice Blend. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 2 cloves crushed garlic. 1 tsp salt. Preparation: Mix all ingredients together to create a marinade. Rub marinade into meat. Broil meat or grill meat until internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Let the meat rest, covered with aluminum foil for 5 minutes before thinly slicing. Enjoy!
