Mix 1 cup (8 fl oz/240 ml) hot milk with one envelope of Starbucks® hot cocoa mix. Stir thoroughly and enjoy. 1. Pour in packet. 2. Add hot milk. 3. Stir and enjoy. Caffe mocha: Combine one envelope of Starbucks® hot cocoa mix with 2 tbsp warm water. Stir until it forms a smooth syrup (makes 3 tbsp syrup). Pour about 2 tbsp (30 g) or to taste of prepared syrup into an 8 fl oz (240 ml) cup. Add a shot (1 fl oz/30 ml) of Starbucks® espresso roast or double-strength, dark-roasted coffee. Fill the rest of your cup with steamed or hot milk, stir and enjoy.
