Brew great coffee with the four fundamentals: Proportion; 1 1/2 tbsp (7.5 g) coffee per 6 fl oz (180 ml) water. Grind; Pre-ground coffee is perfect for coffee brewers and pour overs. Water; Fresh and filtered. Freshness; Seal bag tightly and store at room temperature. For Iced Coffee: Brew double-strength and serve over ice. Spicy Cinnamon Mocha: 1. Brew Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Flavored Coffee. 2. Before pouring the coffee into your mug, add 1 tbsp (5 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 1/2 tbsp (18 g) brown sugar, a dash of ground cinnamon and a dash of ground cayenne pepper (add more or less to your liking). 3. Pour in 6 fl oz (180 mL) brewed coffee and mix well. 4. Stir in 3 tbsp (45 g) half-and-half. 5. For a little extra indulgence, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Serving Suggestion: Bring out even more flavor by adding milk and sugar.
