The Wissotzky saga: 1849: Klonimus Wolf Wissotzky establishes the Wissotzky Tea Company in Moscow. Place one tea bag in your cup. Pour very hot (just at the brink of boiling) water over the tea bag. Leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag and sweeten if desired.
