Shake well. Combine Oregon Chai concentrate with equal parts milk or a dairy substitute. Stir & recharge. 1/2 Oregon Chai; 1/2 Milk or dairy substitute. Hot Chai Latte. Heat mixture using stove top, microwave or steaming wand. Iced Chai Latte. Pour mixture over ice. Make 1/2 gallon per container. Caution: Do not microwave packaging. Enjoy hot or cold. Refrigerate once open use within two weeks. Simply twist cap to open. Use within four weeks.
