What you'll need: 2.2 lb of diced chicken, lamb, beef, seafood or vegetables. 1 lb / two cups of basmati rice. Optional: 5 fl oz of whipping cream. Cooking Instructions: 1. Seal meat or vegetables in a hot, oiled saucepan. 2. Add the simmer sauce and stir until bubbling. 3. Turn heat down to low and simmer until meat or vegetables are tender (20 mins for vegetables or chicken, longer for red meats). 4. Serve with steamed basmati rice. Chef's Tip: For that extra creaminess try stirring a couple of table spoons of whipping cream into the dish before serving & add a chapatti (Indian flat bread) on the side to soak up all the sauce. Try adding some cream when serving! Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Must be consumed when opened. Do not store open packs.
