Stir in Patak's butter chicken spice paste seasoning mix, add 1/4 cup water and cook until water has evaporated. 2. Add chicken and sear until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and remaining water. Simmer for 15 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in cream and butter; serve over hot, cooked rice. Also delicious with mixed vegetables, shrimp or protein of your choice.
