Store unopened in a cool dry place. What to Get: 1 lb (450 g) of Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Seafood or Vegetables. 1 1/2 cups (285 g) of Basmati Rice. Optional: Plain Yogurt. Suggested Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of diced meat, seafood or vegetables and cook on high for 2-3 minutes util seared. 3. Pour simmer sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to simmer until fully cooked and tender. Optional: Stir in 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt before serving. 4. Serve on a bed of steamed rice.
