All it Takes is Flame & Flavor: 1/4 cup oil; 1/4 cup water; 2 tbsp red wine or white vinegar; 2 lbs beef, pork or salmon (do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes). 1. Whisk together Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. Grilling Tip: Zesty Wine Marinade: Substitute 1/4 cup dry red wine for the water in step 1. Continue as directed.
