All it takes is flame & flavor: 1/4 cup oil. 2 Tbsp water. 2 Tbsp cider vinegar. 2 lbs chicken, pork or seafood (Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes). (1) Whisk together Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. (2) Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. (3) Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. Grilling Tip: Honey Lime Sriracha Marinade: Substitute 2 tbsp. Lime juice for the vinegar in Step 1. Continue as directed. Great on chicken and shrimp.
