Packet makes 3 batches. Single batch recipe: 1 lb Brussels sprouts. 3 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp butter (melted). 1 tbsp seasoning. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Trim stem of Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Cut in half and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together melted butter, olive oil and 1 Tbsp seasoning. Drizzle over Brussels sprouts and toss to coat all sides. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and charred, turning halfway through. Try this recipe with potatoes and other root veggies too!
