Quick & Easy Marinade - Gourmet Teriyaki: Chicken: Marinate 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves in 2/3 cup Marinade in large plastic food storage bag 20 minutes, turning over once. Broil or grill 5 to 6 Inches from heat source 8 minutes. Turn over; Brush with fresh marinade. Cook 6 to 7 minutes longer, or until no longer pink in center. Fish: Marinate 4 (1/2-Inch thick) fish steaks or fillets in 2/3 cup Marinade in large plastic food storage bag 20 minutes, turning over once. Broil 3 minutes; turn over and brush with fresh Marinade. Broil 2 to 4 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with fork . Brush with additional fresh Marinade. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before using .
