Protein Smoothies: 1/3 cup Bob Evans 100% liquid egg whites. 6-8 oz of orange, pineapple or apple juice. Shake or place in blender. For a thicker shake include strawberries, bananas and/or a couple of ice cubes. For Recipe Purposes: 2 Tbsp = 1 large egg white. 1/4 Cup = 2 large egg whites. 1/2 Cup = 4 large egg whites. Keep refrigerated. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results, keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. Twisting cap breaks seal. No pull ring. After opening, use within 7 days.
