Preparation Hints for Making Gourmet Pizzas: 1. Thaw pizza crust in your oven while it is preheating (for up to 1 minute or until the crust is flattened). 2. Lightly top the crust with 5 oz. of shredded cheese. We recommend using mozzarella along with asiago or parmesan (Italian blends). 3. Lightly dollop or drizzle 5 oz. of sauce. We recommend a simple crushed tomato mixed with garlic (Try fresh basil too). 4. Add additional toppings if desired. Cook pizza directly on the rack or on a pizza stone for 8-12 minutes (or until the pizza crust is crispy on the bottom). Cook pizza on the bottom rack for an extra crispy pizza. Don't use a metal pan! On the Grill: Preheat the grill to 450 degrees F or medium heat. Once preheated, turn one side down to low and cook pizza on the low heat side (with the lid closed). Check the pizza every 2 minutes until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted. It should take about 5-9 minutes depending on the grill. Do not overcook! Must be fully cooked to an internal temp. of 165 degrees F before consumption. Additional Suggestions: Great for making baked stromboli, panini sandwiches, and wraps. Great for making chips for dips and spreads. Great for making breakfast or dessert pizzas. Great for heating and eating as bread. Keep frozen or refrigerated. Keep frozen for up to 1 year.
