We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Amy's - From our home to yours. There are certain meals that are just plain down-home good eating - delicious and comforting without being fancy. This bowl is one of those - a balanced combination of organic brown rice and organic broccoli and carrots in a tasty ginger sauce, along with slowly simmered black-eyed peas. Directions: Oven may vary. Microwave Oven: Do not overwrap. Cook on high for 2-1/2 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Stir. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions. Perishable. Keep frozen.
