Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftlovers. Microwave: Cut 2 slits in plastic film to vent. Place tray on microwave safe plate in center of microwave. Microwave on high for 4 minutes (5 minutes for 700- watt microwaves). Carefully peel back film and stir. Replace film. Microwave on high an additional 4 minutes (6 minutes for 700-watt microwave). Remove from microwave, let stand for 3 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut 2 slits in plastic film to vent. Place tray on oven safe cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes. Carefully peel back film and stir. Replace film. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand 5-7 minutes to cool and thicken. Stir before serving. Cheesy Cauliflower and Spinach Mash: Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Servings: 2 . Ingredients: (1) (10 oz) pkg. Little green sprout’s organic garlic & herb mashed cauliflower. (2) tsp. Olive oil. 2 cups packed baby spinach (about 3 oz). 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1-2 tbsp. Grated parmesan cheese. Directions: (1) Cook little green sprout’s organics garlic & herb mashed cauliflower according to package directions. (2) Heat olive in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook spinach 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until wilted. (3) combine mashed cauliflower, spinach, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Caution: Hot avoid steam when opening. Keep frozen.
