Remove film and stir; replace film. Cook on high an additional 30 seconds. Conventional Oven do not place this bowl in the oven: Preheat oven to 315 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 20 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying! Ovens vary.
