Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Conventional Oven Do Not Place This Bowl in the Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish. Cover with foil and place on center rack. Cook for 25 minutes; stir and re-cover; cook for an additional 20 minutes. (45 minutes total) Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking!
