Cooking Instructions: 7-12 mins. Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen plant-based strips covered, over medium heat for 6 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add thawed sauce and cook for 1 minute. Toss to coat chick'n and serve. 3 Mins. Sauce Pack: Place pack in bowl of hot water for 3 minutes to thaw. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook - it's not meat! For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen.
