Our mashed potato medallions et you make one serving or an entire bag in minutes!. Cooking directions: For food safety: Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Read and follow cooking instructions as a product must reach a minimum of 170 degrees F (77 degrees Celsius) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Stovetop: (1) Place half bag of frozen potatoes in saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of water; cover. (2) Cook on medium heat for 9-11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
