Cooking Directions: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C); 2. Place latkes on a non-stick baking sheet; 3. Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until desired color and crispiness. Frying Pan: 1. Coat the bottom of a frying pan with oil; 2. Place latkes in heated pain; 3. Fry for 3 minutes on each side or until desired color and crispiness. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen food can cause splattering when added to hot oil. Add product carefully. Keep frozen.
