Microwave in the bag. Microwave: 1. Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. 2. Microwave on high for 5 minutes (appliances vary; heating times are approximate). During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand 1-2 minutes to allow steam to deflate. Caution: Bag is hot. Carefully remove bag from microwave, avoiding steam. 4. Pour into serving dish. Stovetop: 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. 2. Pour vegetables into a steamer and place in a covered pot. 3. Cook to medium-high heat for about 8 minutes or until the vegetables have reached the desired texture and temperature. 4. Pour into a serving dish. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Keep frozen.
