Keep frozen. Microwave. Pour bag of Asian style stir fry vegetables and 2 Tbsp. Water into 2 quart microwave-safe casserole dish. Cover and cook on high 5 minutes*, stir, and continue to cook 5-7 minutes*. Let stand covered 1-2 minutes. Drain. Season and serve. *Microwave cooking times may vary from one oven to another. For best results, consult owner’s manual. Stove Top. Stir Fry: Lightly oil wok or skillet with vegetable oil or non-stick spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add Asian style stir fry vegetables. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes or until vegetables reach desired tenderness. Season to taste with your favorite stir fry sauce. If desired, add cooked shrimp, crab, chicken, turkey or beef. Simmer: For each 8 ounces (approximately half bag) of Asian style stir fry vegetables, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add vegetables and bring to a second boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 7-9 minutes, until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Season to taste. Steam. Pour 8 ounces (approximately half bag) of Asian style stir fry vegetables in vegetable steamer and place over boiling water. Cover and steam 6 minutes, until just tender. Season to taste. Keep frozen until ready to use. Must be fully cooked. Do not eat raw.
