Keep Frozen. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: 1. PLACE pouch on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center. 2. MICROWAVE on High according to chart until thoroughly cooked. 3. LET STAND 1 minute. CAUTION: HOT! Cut off end of pouch; empty spinach into serving dish. Spoon remaining spinach from pouch. Stir. MICROWAVE WATTAGE* | TIME ON HIGH 1200 | 6 to 7 MINUTES 1000 | 7 to 8 1/2 MINUTES 700 | 9 1/2 to 10 MINUTES *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart saucepan. Add 1 Tablespoon Water. Cover; cook over medium heat 9 to 13 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
