This flavor is a nod to a certain beloved children's book author (hint: think giant peaches and chocolate factories) who adored krokan, a Norwegian treat made of caramelized butter and almond brittle. He wrote that he'd dream about the flavor for days-and who can blame him? The way our handmade almond brittle melts into buttercream ice cream, creating golden pockets of caramel and crunch, is absolutely splendidlymptious. Grass-grazed milk.
